I have booked flat in Runwal Garden City situated at Balkum Thane in 2009 March. As per the agreement they supposed to give possession by December 2009 but still there is no commitment from builder/developer side about the final possession. Now they are trying to earn some more money from us by charging 21% of whole amount i.e. 1.5 Lakhs. Which does not have any justification & they are not ready to give this in writing. We tried to oppose this but we are not getting treated well by sales managers from Head Office (Leena Lobo) & regional one (Manish & Jaya).
During this two year time span we came to know that builder is not paying any amount to contractors so contractors are changing on fly & no progress in work. Same is the situation for his employees.
Please let me know what we can do against builder, your suggestions are most valuable.
