Karun Kandoi, an employee of the number one software company in the world, has been arrested for entering chat rooms from Microsoft’s own computers to bait underage girls.
Investigator Tracy Conaway pretends to be Racheal, a 13-year-old girl, and chats with Karun for 7 weeks, starting in April. “There is clear evidence that this idle guy really wants to have sex with some kid.”
Karun in the chat room also boasted that he would teach Racheal sex lessons and that he owns a car large enough to do all of that. This investigator decided to meet and arrest Karun Kandoi at a restaurant in Tacoma (USA). Karun protested the conviction, but police confirmed he was charged with seducing an underage girl into sex.
Inspector at Tacoma found a lot of sensitive chats on Karun’s computer and said that it was ridiculous and somehow a Microsoft employee could be convicted for such a crime. Since Bill Gates had always backed fighting against pornography, the company even developed a child protection system from abuse called the Child Exploitation Tracking System.
Microsoft declined to comment on the case as well as the employee’s status.
