Sir, I deposited rs 305560 On 03/04/2010 with rudrakash group mohali , for the work permit of my son mr amit goswami who is mca. They assured me that they will employe my son at canada as computer operator and have to deposit more rs 275000 equal to one month pay and I deposited with them rs 275000 on 03/05/2010 after signing a contract of agreement . They assured to send my son with in six months time . After six months when I asked them for the same one mr bhardwaj asked for one more document I.E solvency certificate of the property which I submitted with them on 10./05/2011.Now since they have not done any thing asked them time and again to refund my money if they can,t send my son and send email on 08/11/2011 and 16/11/2011 fro refund my money and also give proof of the use of my money but they are doing nothing in this regard I am visiting time and again to mohali for the refund of my money but they are not doing any thing.On 03rd may 2012 they assuerd in writing to deposit the money in my account but nothing happened. Now since the company is cheating people I request you to please intervene and help me in getting my money.
