Dont go by the words what they have written on their website, it is just to lure the innocent people.ground reality is something different. Until you give them money, they lick u from top to bottom, including manager and director, once you give them money, they kick ur butt & make u completly handicap and slave.
Although they claim themselves as ISO 9001:2000 company with very high service standards, but personally I feel that KPMG should snatch their ISO certifcate as they are not professional and their service is very unreliable …
They claim thousands of successful cases, but when we ask any reference, they dont give any reference, on the name of confidentiality !!! they have a very wierd set of procedure, first of all they dont file e-visa, only paper based visa, and also they ask two sets of form (one complety filled in client’s hand writing with signature and one absolutely blank with just signature) …. God knows what they do with second form, upon asking explanation, they dont give u satisfactory answers and only show u dark picture if u dont give them two sets of picture .. they only take advantage of ur slaveness !!! Isn’t it ridiculous !!!Now someone might have an idea and tell me that, why dont u complain to MARA … well, wwics had also thought about it very clearly …. Although they have their own family person as a registered MARA agent(which u can still see today on MARA website), but they never file ur case with his name, so even if u complain to MARA, MARA can’t take actions. Because, in a first place MARA registered agent didnt file a case …. My only advice to u is, dont go with them, even other agents are not good. All of them are bunch of crooks, only behind ur money and not focused on success of ur case and future.
