My Total Amount Lost by WWICS Vadodara branch – 82600 Rs.
My name is Sejal Saurabh Shah and I am from Vadodara. I had applied for the PR visa of Canada through WWICS.
My file no is 126765
One of your employer, Mr. Chintan Dave, from Vadodara office has badly misguided me. He assured me that with IELTS 5 band , there are full chances of getting the visa. Within six months I can receive the invitation letter. Moreover, in 6 band I can get through the express entry. Also at this age of 39 years there is a very good chance. I have secured enough points and I am eligible for the visa. But this was all vain. After paying the fees on 15 March 2018, when I checked my points on net, it resulted below the required. Mr. Dave has, no doubt, led astray me.
He also said that if I give reference to some other person, then I will be credited with Rs.12000. So I did as he said. But till today I have not received the money and moreover he misguided the other person too.
The most important thing which made me angry was that in your WWICS, he registered wrong email and phone number in my file.
This is very much disgusting and I am totally dissatisfied with the service. If such officials misguide people, then where should common people like me go? I didn’t expect such a thing and I am very unhappy and disappointed.
Due to his false information and appreciation, I have spent a huge amount;Rs.15000 for WES and Rs. 25000 for IELTS.
After 25 days of filling up the refund form, the staff told us that refund is not possible.But the form doesn’t say so!
Now, the staff is changed and we are receiving different answers from them.
I also talked with Mr. Satpal Singh (from chandigarh office). He said that it is not his job, talk to vadodara office only. So I called up Mrs.Rajini but she told that refund is not possible. Later she said that only 25000 Rs will be refunded.
I want my whole amount to be refunded as soon as possible.
