The company called ( Morevisas) is a big time fraud and 100% criminals work here .. when I got frequent calls from a Employee of this company called Priya . This is my complaint I sent to their company portal email which you cannot see your own email after you ask them for a refund …
As we have applied for PR service in your company 4months back and paid the fees of 47,000 . Now I need refund of the money due to your worst service and wrong information on getting PR visa . Let me explain you the two reasons for the refund :
1) To get applied for the process I got 20 calls per day almost for 10 continuous days from one of your company consultant called Ms.Priya and once I paid the money from next day onwards I didn’t received single call from her . When I called back her she asked me to contact through your website and I did till date there’s nothing happened and this shows your company’s poor service.
2) Before paying the money number of times I asked her will get the PR when iam as a student in Canada? . Which she said very firmly that I will get the PR in three months while iam here studying as a student. Which is a biggest breach of trust what she did for the money to get paid . I found through my Canadian friend and a senior immigration lawyer that it’s false . He said that after completion of the course only i can apply for a PR . Heard this and I got frustrated on your company and your staffs .
After that I’ve been in constant touch with your staff for more than 3months to get my money back and finally one unprofessional guy called Balakrishnan called me day before from your customer service said he is the head of the department and argued with me for more than 20mins . Finally I hung the call because of his unruly behaviour. Even today he is calling me and talking to me in a irritating way . I got harassed and hung the call .
Here i am letting you know that since iam very frustrated on the whole service and wrong communication on getting PR . I don’t want your service and request you to refund my money. If i am not receiving my money in a week I’ll lodge a police complaint and also I’ll file a complaint in all the social networks related to the issue including consumer case in the court .
